Parichay OneLink serves as a central hub for showcasing your latest videos, articles, recipes, tours, stores, websites, social media posts, and other content. We facilitate connections between you and your audience, enhancing the discoverability and management of your online content. Our platform, accessible at parichay.link, along with our mobile app and Developer Portal, collectively known as our “Platform,” provides information about our services and allows individuals and businesses to sign up for Parichay OneLink services.
Users can create personalized and easily customizable pages as Parichay OneLink Users, subscribe to and follow other Parichay OneLink Users as Subscribers, or develop functionality that interacts with our Platform as developers. The pages created by Parichay OneLink Users using our services are referred to as “User Profiles” in this Privacy Notice and are accessible to the public.

This Privacy Notice pertains to the processing of personal information by Parichay OneLink as a controller. When we refer to Parichay OneLink acting as a “controller,” we mean that Parichay OneLink determines the purpose and the means of the processing (i.e., we make decisions about how we will handle your personal information). Additionally, due to the nature of our services, we can also act as a “processor” on behalf of Parichay OneLink Users. This means that, when instructed by a Parichay OneLink User, we can facilitate processing of Profile Visitors’ and Subscribers’ personal information on behalf of that Parichay OneLink User (“Processor Services“). This Privacy Notice does not address Processor Services.
